Additional Users

An extra pendant is a great idea if you have someone living at your address who may also benefit from our personal alarm service. Additional pendants are available on our Standard and Fall Alarm Plans for a small fee.

The easiest way to do this is to call our administration team on 03333 204 999 who will organise this for you. But you can also press the button on your lifeline or email lifeline@progressgroup.org.uk.

£4.39 for an addition pendant user and £7 for an additional falls detector user.
